Returns & Exchange Policy

We allow a 7-day exchange policy upon purchase or receipt of goods whichever is later.
This policy covers the unlikely occurrence of:
- Defective product(s) received.
- Incorrect product(s) received.
We offer a one-to-one exchange subject to the availability of the product.
To begin the return process, we require you to email us (firstname.lastname@example.org) the following information:
- A receipt or proof of purchase (Order ID, if it was purchased online).
- A clear image of the product in its original and unworn condition.
- You contact details.
We will verify if the item was indeed defective or incorrectly sent and will contact you if you are eligible.
If a physical return is required, you must return the item(s) unused, unworn and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Please note that in all cases of return and exchange, customers bear the shipping costs incurred in mailing the items back. Modest Squad will only bear postage costs incurred if we mailed the wrong item out.
Refunds (if applicable)
If you are eligible for an exchange and the exact product is not available, we may offer a comparable product or a refund in the form of a credit of equivalent value to the purchased price of the returned product.
Strictly No Cash Refunds
We seek your understanding that we do not offer Cash Refunds on all orders that have been sold, delivered or cancelled.
